Safys Chemist is the first pharmacy in the Midlands to offer a secure 24-hour prescription collection point. It is not a separate locker service or a third-party hub. It is right here at 139 Melton Road, run by the same pharmacy team that dispenses your medicine.
Once your prescription is ready, you receive clear instructions by text or through the app. Walk up to the machine, enter your code, and your compartment opens. The whole process takes seconds.
If you have questions about your medicine, our pharmacists are still available during normal opening hours. The collection point simply removes the time pressure from the collection itself.
